Our Mission

To provide the very best in personal safety and security training through the use of legal firearms for the protection of the individual and family.

Company Profile

William T. Carroll and Company was established between the Blue Ridge and the Short Hill mountains of Virginia in 1992 by William Carroll. In 1997 the company was moved to the greater Parkersburg West Virginia area and operated in various capacities part time. In 2009 the company began operations on a full time bases.

Today, we provide firearms training for concealed carry weapons, advanced concealed carry, marksmanship, home firearm safety and personnel protection. Classes are taught in various locations with both group and private instruction available.

William Carroll is a nationally certified instructor holding multiple ratings as well as being a NRA/ Winchester Distinguished Handgun Expert, International Defensive Pistol Association Stock Service Pistol Expert, Enhanced Service Pistol Expert and Custom Defensive Pistol Expert as well as a certified IDPA Safety Officer.

Steve Rose is the owner of Steve's Gun Shop located in Little Hocking, Ohio and is a NRA Distinguished Handgun Expert.
